Missing woman’s photo’s show up on gay site
Friday, March 28th, 2008The parents of missing Orlando woman Jennifer Kesse are considering taking legal action after her photos have recently appeared on several Web sites, including a lesbian dating group.Kesse, 24, vanished from the Mosaic at Millenia condominiums near the Mall at Millenia on Jan. 24, 2006.Police found her Chevrolet Malibu in an apartment complex near her condominium but there have been few clues since the discovery.Kesse’s photos were spotted this week on SeniorPeopleMeet.com and another gay Web site.Detectives are now monitoring porn, dating and gang Web sites and trying to determine who posted the photos.”The police are behind the scenes to find out who’s doing this,” Drew Kesse told the Tampa Tribune. “Once they find out, they’ll see if they [users] are doing this for fun and giggles. Or if they have a record.”The Kesse family is considering whether to ask a court to offer the identity of who posted the photos.Investigators said it is unlikely the people who posted the photos are connected to her disappearance.A detective said the person or persons who posted the photos may have thought that Kesse’s picture would improve their chances of getting a date.Drew Kesse said he wants to copyright his daughters photo so he can take action against those who misuse it. Anyone with information on Kesse’s case is urged to call the Orlando Police Department or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
